-- Brooklyn psych alchemists Oneida just completed their Thank Your Parents album trilogy with this year's dark, noisy Absolute II. To celebrate, they're throwing a three-day mini-festival June 17-19 at Brooklyn's Secret Project Robot. The band will perform the entire trilogy (culminating in a performance of Absolute II at dawn on the last day), along with a ten-hour improv session.

-- Kevin Martin, the man behind blasted-bass project the Bug, has teamed up with Soul Jazz Records' Stuart Baker to put together the digital dancehall compilation Invasion of the Mysteron Killer Sounds. The two-disc comp-- one disc curated by Martin, the other by Baker-- will drop June 16 on Soul Jazz.

-- German electronic duo Digitalism's new album I Love You, Dude will be released June 21 in the U.S (June 20 in the UK) via V2/Cooperative Music/Downtown. Grab the album's first single, "2 Hearts", at RCRD_LBL.

-- The Governors Ball Music Festival goes down on June 18 at New York City's Governors Island; Girl Talk, Big Boi, Neon Indian, Das Racist, Empire of the Sun, People Under the Stairs, and Passion Pit (DJ set) are scheduled to perform.
